Weekly Meal Plan



Monday~ Baked chicken thighs with roasted potatoes and green beans

Tuesday~ Lasagna w/veggie and bread (making triple batch and freezing two)

Wednesday~ Rice and spinach casserole (making triple batch and freezing two)

Thursday~ Chili

Friday~ Chicken teryaki w/rice and broccoli

Saturday~ Steaks, carrots and potatoes

Sunday~ Pizza and a cupcake party to celebrate Emily's 4th birthday!

Breakfasts: Cereal, granola and yogurt, waffles, banana bread, and chocolate chip muffins.

Lunches: Tuna, mac and cheese, left overs, chicken nuggets and chili/corn bread muffins.
