~Homemade granola~
4 cups oats (I use regular, but sometimes I substitute out 2 cups with the quick rolled oats for a different texture)
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup craisins
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
Bring oil, honey and sugar to a simmer on the stove. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. (I throw in all sorts of things that I have on hand, so the ingredients I listed above are just a guideline.) Mix the mixture from the stove into the dry ingredients and then pour into a greased 13X9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cut into bars when cooled.
