Toddler Activities

Emily's "Fireworks" art project

I've got one full week of recovering from vacation under my belt and I'm just beginning to shake off the cob webs and pick up some speed! Of course Emily was up to speed last week and asking for activities left and right, so I've got to catch up this week and plan some good ones.

Monday~ We're going to make butterflies using popsicle sticks, googly eyes, pipe cleaners and construction paper. (I'll post a picture next week of the final product)

Tuesday~ Picking blueberries for dessert. Also, before snack time we'll make bracelets from cheerios and then eat them as our snack, unless of course they become "prized possessions" in which case we'll find another snack.

Wednesday~ Body art! I'll be stripping her down to her diaper and letting her go wild painting with whatever she wants.....an outside activity of course. And then we'll take a bath. :-D

Thursday~ Bible story of Jonah and the Whale. We'll make whales and little Jonah's out of construction paper and popsicle sticks to act out the story.

Friday~ TBD outside play time
