"It is good to give thanks to the Lord, and to sing praises to Your name,
O most High; To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, and Your faithfulness every night." ~Psalm 92:1-2
This week I am thankful for:
~Emily! She has been such a trooper using the potty. We didn't quite have the hang of it at first, and she put up with all our short comings as parents and never gave up. Once we got a good routine in, she took to the potty with ease.
~My unborn child. She is moving ALL over the place and it is so re-assuring to feel her kicks all day long. I am also so thankful to be moving on to the third trimester! 3 months to go!
~Prayer! I am currently reading "Becoming a Woman of Prayer" by Elizabeth George in an effort to boost my prayer life. I am learning SO much, and I am so thankful that we have direct access to the Father! I am slowly learning to let go of things that I think are mine to control and hand them over to the Lord in prayer.
~Our health. Emily and I seem to FINALLY be over our colds that have plagued us for the month of August. It's nice to be breathing through my nose again and not coughing all day long!
~My husband's job. He works 7-4 most days, and rarely on weekends. We are so blessed that he is able to be home with us every evening and on weekends!
