Wow! Another week has flown by and fall is knocking on our doorstep. The leaves are starting to change colors and some have fallen to the ground. It's now chilly in the morning, Em and I have broken out our winter robes and slippers. I've never been a big fan of fall, but I do like the first couple of weeks when the colors are so nice and the chilly winds haven't picked up yet. I'm really looking forward to squash, apple, and pumpkin picking/carving/coloring/eating/etc. this year. We may even try a hay ride for the first time! There's lots of fall activities to do this year with an active toddler, so I'll be posting through the fall about our events. Last week we made apple prints which was a big hit. It came out so nicely that I have the prints hanging on the wall in our dinning room right over our table. Simple, in-expensive fall decor made by our sweet Em. What could be better!? :-) This week we will be making place mats out of contact paper and the colorful leaves that we find. Here are some pictures of last weeks activity, apple prints!
