OK, so you can't really tell from all of these pictures how damaged the bathroom really was. I did a pretty nice job (pats on the back) keeping it clean and covering up the big problem areas. What you can't see in these pictures is that the inside of the toilet was rusted and the ceramic was chipping away, the seat was cracking off, the flooring was dented and scratched, the cabinet was water damaged, the sink was rusted and chipped, the cabinet counter was rusting and faded, and of course cosmetically it looked like a bathroom straight out of the 60's. So, it was definitely time for an update, especially since this is our only bathroom. Make sure to keep reading for the during and after photos!
