Happy Monday! 37 weeks pregnant, 3 to go! Woo hoo! So, the key to my meals now is simple, simple, simple. I'm definitely not in the mood to be trying new recipes or making a 5 course gourmet meal. SO, here is my simple meal plan for this week. Prayerfully some of the meals this week will be replaced by hospital meals sitting beside a beautiful brand new baby girl. ::sigh:: I can dream can't I?
Monday~ Left over beef stew
Tuesday~ Taco salad
Wednesday~ Chicken fettuccine alfredo
Thursday~ Steaks with rice and veggies
Friday~ Burgers w/ tater tots and veggies
Dessert: Pudding, ice cream, or cookies.
