Weekly Memory Verse


This week's memory verse is:

Philippians 4:8 ~ "Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things."

I chose a couple of verses at the beginning of this pregnancy to memorize, and Philippians 4:6-9 is what I have memorized. After having two miscarriages and being classified "high risk" it's very easy for me to get caught up worrying. I chose these verses to help me remember that God is in control and through prayer I have direct access to him. God calls us to be "anxious for nothing" and to think on "positive" things. So, since I already have this verse written in my heart, I am going to chose another verse from Sarah's list to memorize for this week.

Colossians 4:6 ~ "Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone."
