The potatoes n kielbasa recipe was pretty good last week, but I will tell you, it cooked in way less time! I don't know if I should have put it in my smaller crockpot or what (or maybe because I halved the recipe?), but it cooked in like 3-4 hours on low instead of 6-8 hours. The edges were starting to burn a bit. Thankfully it worked out that Kevin didn't get lunch that day and was really hungry in the middle of the afternoon, so we just went ahead and ate way early since the stuff was done! =) Enjoy it! Your menu looks tasty!
Oh, and it's funny that you have the "healthy cookies for kids" recipe this week, because I've been searching for healthy snack recipes just like that lately! I bookmarked it and am going to try it sometime!
I love grilled chicken salad. Your menu sounds yummy! Hope you have a great week.
